The team:
The Salesforce team at Indeed leverages Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to provide our Sales and Client Success organizations with the capabilities, functionality, automation, and workflows they need to engage with our customers, to provide a great customer experience, and to be effective and productive. We partner closely with these internal customers to identify, plan, design, and implement high-impact projects that leverage all of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. We are responsible for the core architecture and data of the Salesforce instance and our project teams are cross-functional and collaborative. We follow Agile and iterative processes.
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Long Term Incentive Plan units, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Your job:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for building and delivering business solutions within Salesforce to support Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, and other departments. You'll collaborate with your cross-functional team and partner with internal customers to explore business needs and offer and evaluate solutions that implement the application functionality needed to help Indeed grow. You will help various teams in drawing the most value from the Salesforce environment through the creation of processes, APIs, and other business tools.
