Job Description

Bluebeam is looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Architect responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Bluebeam’s back office & sales enablement systems. This is a highly visible role, as it requires collaboration with key business stakeholders across the organization including IT, Sales Operations, DevOps, Compliance, Sales and Marketing. This role will work cross-functionally to continue to develop our enterprise architecture to support our global business expansion objectives.

The role will work heavily with commercial off-the-shelf SaaS products but is expected to have expert level knowledge of the solutions and demonstrated track record in building integrations and end-to-end solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, recommend and design Bluebeam's end-to-end enterprise architecture
  • Create and deliver technical proposals and presentations on Bluebeam's enterprise architecture roadmap
  • Support IT security and infrastructure environments
  • Coordinate projects with vendors to expand our business-critical systems
  • Provide dashboards of business intelligence to our leadership team
  • Document Bluebeam's enterprise architecture and architectural decisions  

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record in architecting, implementing and maintaining complex back-office systems and workflows
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a software architecture role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce integration experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in creating cloud applications using serverless technologies and microservices
  • Experience with ETL tools, data synchronization and replications
  • Experience in defining and setting up CI/CD toolchains
  • Experience with Salesforce as well as knowledge of the following systems: Licensing systems; E-commerce solutions; Tax applications; Payment gateways; Integration tools 
  • 3rd party applications integrations experience
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred
  • Experience managing technical teams preferred
